Is it safe to eat?
No. Never eat a wild plant, berry, seed, root or mushroom because this app named it. Identification from a photograph is a guess, and poisonous lookalikes exist. Mushrooms in particular can be fatal to misidentify. If someone has already eaten something, contact a doctor, a veterinarian, or Poison Control right away rather than asking the app.
The identification looks wrong
It can be. Confidence is shown with every result and a confident answer can still be incorrect. A clearer photo in better light, taken closer, and showing leaves plus stem, and flowers if there are any, usually helps a lot.
I lost my plants
Your collection is stored on your device only, so it does not survive deleting the app or losing the phone, and it does not move to a new device. There is no server copy for us to restore, which is the same design decision that keeps your photos off our servers.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Manage or cancel yours in your device Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before a period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore a purchase
Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen, signed in with the same Apple Account that bought it.
Privacy
There is no account, so there is no profile to delete. Your collection lives on your device and deleting the app removes it. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
